Project Description
Arijeta has expressed the initiative to support the “Donate for Mothers” campaign organized by the community “For families in need” and “Mothers and Happy Children” NGO supporting single mothers. The character of this support has been symbolic with the effect of caring for single mothers as a category of people with distress in our society. The idea was initially communicated to the Viber group and discussed at the meeting on 27 February.
This also marked the first activity of our Club after being formalized at Rotary International on February 17th.
Arijeta’s idea of the postcard was designed brilliantlly by Artan Beka and printed for free by STUDIO FORMA as a donation. Chocolates and flowers worth EUR 94.00 were purchased in cash from Shpëtim QERIMI, as a donation.
For the purpose of presenting their work and handing over gifts, members of the community “For families in need” were invited to the club meeting on March 6, but unfortunately they could not attend.
The gifts were delivered on March 7 in their premises in Ulpiana, Pristina.
